Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original Highland packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
